Sue grew up in Woodley and moved to Twyford in October 2000. She is married, has a daughter and works for the NHS. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trips to the cinema and theatre, cycling and walking the family dog.
Sue has a strong background of working on committees in Twyford, including Noah’s Ark Toddler Group, Little Acorns Pre-School, the Colleton School Association and After School Club, 2nd Twyford Brownies and the Piggott School Association as her daughter progressed through her education. She has been a co-opted member of the Twyford Summer Fete Committee since its inception and felt that it was time to broaden her horizons by joining the Parish Council.
Sue believes there are challenging times ahead and that our greenspaces must be preserved for future generations to enjoy. She believes that we should all take responsibility for recycling as much of our waste and unwanted items as sensibly as possible.
